  Horrible experience. I will say ZERO star rating. This rating is for the management of Pet Valu Brooklin, Head Office of Pet Valu and especially Groomindales!
  If you just want a run of the mill cut or shave for your pet I am sure this place is right for you. If you want anything other than that do not go there. We had the worst experience ever. We took our Cockapoo there with explicit instructions from me, and my wife spoke with them twice over the phone. We had even supplied them with pictures on how he should look when done. The dog "groomer" I believe Sara, did the exact opposite. I could go on and on but at the end of the day I would say NO to Groomindales and Pet Valu.
  They have lost our future business and all our friends business.
